Every meal we deliver represents more than nourishment—it's comfort, stability, and hope during some of life's most difficult moments. By volunteering, you become part of a compassionate community that cares for one another.
Deliver medically tailored meals directly to clients' homes. Routes typically take 2-3 hours and cover neighborhoods across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Help prepare and package meals in our commercial kitchen. Work alongside our chefs to create nutritious meals for clients with various dietary needs.
Help with our signature events like Thanksgiving delivery, Chef's Best Dinner & Auction, and other community events throughout the year.
Assist with office tasks, data entry, phone calls, and other administrative duties that keep our organization running smoothly.
All new volunteers must attend a New Volunteer Orientation (NVO) session. These informative sessions introduce you to our mission, programs, and volunteer opportunities.
